Our Leeds based client was looking for an annex to create space which guests can stay when visiting. The design team pulled together a bespoke design to maximise the space available in the garden and tapering the back wall. Our team assisted with the lawful development application which was required for an annex build. Providing a turn key solution for our client. The annex design was split into 3 rooms, open plan kitchen lounge leading into bedroom and separate showroom. All appliances and fixtures and fixing have been individually selected by our client from SmartSpaces suppliers. This ensures that our clients personal style is felt throughout their build. Cladded in Thermowood to blend in with the garden and large aluminium sliding doors allow the space to be fully opened up. Flat roof lights are a great feature within the space and flood the rooms with natural light. herringbone laminate flooring throughout the annex to give a high-end finish. This design could not work better for the client.
