Found by google luck. The experience has been fantastic from start to finish. From designing and pricing where nothing was too much trouble, to installation where the on site team was absolutely great, respectful, clean and tidy to post completion customer care the service has been 10/10. Have no problem recommending this company again!

Smart Spaces recently built a garden office for me, and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. The team was easy to deal with, kept me informed throughout, and stuck to the agreed timeline. The build quality is solid, and the space works really well for what I need.

It’s made a big difference to my work-from-home setup, and I’d definitely consider using them again for future projects. No fuss, no drama – just a good job done well.

Really happy with our lean to workshop / gym / office (we added the internal elements like the gym rack, collapsible work benches, and desk).

It is an awkward build that gets wider towards the front to follow the boundary and maximise the space, and it’s attached to the house so not the usual project for Smart Spaces.

The team on site did an excellent job, can’t fault it. They also added timber joists to the wall to provide an anchor for our gym rack to attach to, something they didn’t have to do as it wasn’t previously discussed. Without it we would have struggled to install the gym rack.

There were a few hiccups along the way in terms of misunderstood / incorrect details, but the communication was constant and the team were always striving to make sure everything was 100% clear, and ultimately they did do everything that we asked for in the end.

They sent out a snagging guy at the end of the build to make sure we were happy with everything, and there were fine details - that we hadn’t previously thought of - that he sorted for us (like adding a trim to the rear side of the cladding at the bottom of the hidden door so it doesn’t splinter against our gravel at the front of the house).

So overall the service wasn’t perfect, but they strived to be perfect, and were totally honest and fair. The quality of the build itself, is outstanding.

Thinking of asking about a sauna shed next!

Well I can highly recommend the speed of service Katy Volante was on the phone and arranged the site visit immediately. Dave listened to my needs and expectations for the space with complete professionalism and clear experience. Nothing was to much trouble and the plans arrived in less than 24 hours. Amazing company, staff, service and prices. Looking forward to working with them. Highly recommended 👌

Helen and the team guided us through this project from start to finish in such a professional way and it felt like they really cared. Every member of the team both in the office and those on site for the build were a pleasure to deal with. We are delighted with the finished product which is built to a very high standard. I can highly recommend.

Outstanding Service & Exceptional Quality – Highly Recommend - Don't go anywhere else!!

I cannot praise SmartSpaces enough for the incredible garden room they built for us. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and enjoyable. The quality of the build is absolutely unmatched, with high-quality finishes throughout. Every detail was executed to perfection, and I was blown away by how efficiently the team completed the project.

A huge thank you to Lydia, Danny, Helen, Billy, and Gaz – every single person involved was fantastic. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the entire process stress-free. I was given complete control over the placement of windows and doors, including their height, and was consulted at every stage. No question was too small or "silly" – they made me feel completely at ease throughout.
The craftsmanship is second to none, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the final result.

If you’re considering a garden room, don't go anywhere else. First-class service from a first-class team – thank you all!

We had a great experience with Smart Spaces from the get go. They understood our requirements for our garden office and guided us through the process seamlessly.

The gents that came and did the work were brilliant. They were polite, friendly and most importantly conscientious. They talked us through the whole process and pointed out a couple of issues that did cause some delay, but they told us how they were going to remedy it, and did so quickly.

All snags that were picked up on were delt with promptly which was very good.

Overall a great experience with the team at Smart Spaces.
