Our Summer House is amazing, I really looked around before making a decision and looked at all of the reviews of the major companies before deciding on Smart Spaces and their complete design and build. Helen, Michael and the team at Smart Spaces have been fantastic, from the original site survey to the final finish of our bespoke Summer House the process has been dealt with smoothly and professionally. The build team were great, very polite and respectful, Michael the surveyor made good recommendations to maximise space and the look of the outside, the cedar wood looks very elegant and fits in well to the garden. I really like the fact that Smart Spaces arrive on site with just a patch of garden and 2 weeks later we have a fully finished Summer House, I looked at other companies and the kit option but there is no way I could have produced the same result! You really do get what you pay for. Very happy to recommend Smart Spaces.

Smart spaces have just completed a totally bespoke shaped outbuilding to be utilised as a home gym. The site proved testing with limited access and proximity to the boundary walls but they did an amazing job with a building that didn’t have many (or any?) 90deg angles. It slots into the corner of our garden perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. We had a small lantern installed to cope with the treadmill height along with internal timber which will take more knocks than normal – Both these I understand weren’t an every day install but they still did an amazing job. A pleasure to have the team work so hard on it for us!

We had a double garden room built by smartspaces. From start to finish the process was made easy by Caroline and the really good group of guys doing the build. They worked so hard and so polite. We then decided to raise the build and again Caroline and the guys did an amazing job and all stress free. We cannot thank everyone at smartspaces enough for everything they did. We are very pleased with the high quality of the service provided by the Smart Spaces team. We needed additional space for our office/gym, hence we opted for 3m wide and 7m long pod. The company is based in Leeds, but we were able to complete the project outline and quotation over the phone and email, which saved us considerable amount of time. The team that worked onsite was very professional and according to the specification we have agreed. They were also punctual, knowledgeable and tided up site after work was completed. We have been kept up to date during all stages and any queries, that we had after completion was answered in prompt manner. This is outstanding customer service, which is not very common these days. Thank you very much to Helen, both head office and site team for such a wonderful experience with the our build.

I cannot recommend the Smart Spaces team enough. From a simple old shed to the most luxurious garden room. Helen in the office is a superstar and has arranged everything perfectly. Shaun managed the build brilliantly with George, Jake, Danny, Dave and the team. Here everyday at 7am, every stage made with precision and supreme care. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
