Project Overview
Our client contacted us needing to maximise her home space to provide an annex for her mum.
After a site survey it was decided that the old garage would be the ideal place to replace with a one bedroom annex.
This ensured that the client’s mother had easy access to the rest of the house but still maintained her independence.
SmartSpaces provided a service including planning and removal of the old garage as well as the construction and design of an annex.
Design is key in this layout to make sure that we are creating an inviting home with all the essentials needed kitchen and separate wetroom.
