Project Overview
Our client contacted SmartSpaces after recently moving into their new bungalow. They needed to downsize but also still needs some additional space for entertaining and completing hobbies. A requirement the SmartSpaces team get asked a lot.
The design team created 2 rooms linking them with decking, large 10m x 5.5m bespoke space was create with large bifold doors to the front and feature large skypod in the ceiling to flood the space with natural light.
This build was used as a snooker room / office. The second build was a compact 4.5m x 3m hobby room for our client to make her amazing teddy bears. The ultimate his and her home dens!
Both rooms created an additional 68.5m2 useful space for the family to enjoy and entertain friends. Both quicker and cheaper than an extension.
