Our Harrogate based client, faced with high commercial rent and rates decided on building a home office. During a site survey the SmartSpaces team measures up a 7m x 3m garden room from the SmartSpaces Deck range. Their garden office was fabricated from Western Red Cedar and incorporated large aluminium sliding doors to the front which mirrored the house. Decking was incorporated to meet and greet clients and feature side windows were installed overlooking this decking.  This was a bespoke design which has created a much-needed space for the family to work from home effectively and added value to their property.
