Got a tricky garden space? No problem

Smart spaces have just completed a totally bespoke shaped outbuilding to be utilised as a home gym. The site proved testing with limited access and proximity to the boundary walls but they did an amazing job with a building that didn’t have many (or any?) 90-degree angles. It slots into the corner of our garden perfectly and we couldn’t be happier. We had a small lantern installed to cope with the treadmill height along with internal timber which will take more knocks than normal – both these I understand weren’t an everyday install, but they still did an amazing job. A pleasure to have the team work so hard on it for us! 5 stars

Mixed-use garden rooms: Home office and gym
Don’t be discouraged by bespoke demands of your project. Customer Dorota Pokrzywa wanted to combine a home gym with an office, which meant a long rectangular space. Because of her location, all of the planning and development was done remotely too.
Dorota: “We are very pleased with the high quality of the service provided by the SmartSpaces team. We needed additional space for our office/gym, hence we opted for a pod 3m wide x 7m long. The company is based in Leeds, but we were able to complete the project outline and over the phone, which saved time. The team that worked onsite was very professional and they were also punctual, knowledgeable, and tidied up the site after work was completed. We were kept up-to-date during all stages, and queries we had after completion were answered promptly. Outstanding customer service, which is not very common these days. Thank you for such a wonderful experience with our build.”
