We begin the process by visiting the site for a survey, and to discuss the garden room requirement. We will also measure and take photos of the desired location of the garden room. If you are interested, you can book a site survey here
We will create a floor plan based on our site survey, and an indication of cost will be given. Once the floor plan has been approved, we can then work on design variations. Together we can easily experiment with different design ideas, layouts, and configurations without any physical work. These instant modifications help to show how the changes will affect the overall look and functionality.
At this stage we will pass the brief and floor plan to the designers. They will create a three-dimensional design of your garden room situated in your outdoor space, giving you a realistic view of how it will look in your garden. By incorporating your garden room design into the broader landscape design, we can ensure it complements your garden’s existing features.
Once the three-dimensional design has been created, we will check you are happy with everything and if needed, add extra or edit existing design features. With our bespoke design service we can accurately measure and scale, enabling you to view detailed floor plans, including dimensions, layout, and the placement of windows, doors, and other features. You can also visualise different materials and finishes, from wood to metal to glass, to see what best fits your design and aesthetic.

Once we are in the design stage, we can begin to generate a detailed materials lists with cost estimates to keep your project within budget.
